Ricky Mathur and Associates is a multidisciplinary Architecture and Design firm offering expertise across a diverse project typology. The focus of their Work is to Build a Better Sustainable Environment.

We ensure the process of incorporating sustainability into the design phase of products, services, and buildings. The goal is to reduce the negative impact on the environment and society, and to create healthy and productive spaces.

• Reduce materials: Technology applications and services that reduce the amount of material, energy use or fossil fuels needed during production.
• Implement modular design: Subdividing complex processes into simple modules can make the design process more efficient.
• Design for longevity: Integrating business knowledge, market conditions, company capabilities and technical possibilities into design concepts can extend the durability and usefulness of products.

Collaboration with D20 for LEED Certification

Collaboration with D2O, because we understand that sustainable design goes beyond energy efficiency. D2O offers services in all 5 elements of sustainability - Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether (clear sky). They provide all the solutions we need for sustainable living.

We have collaborated with them for our LEED certification for our project Edge – II to achieve our sustainability goals and are in the process of collaborating on our second venture for Edge – I, a mixed-use commercial property in Jaipur, for which we are aiming to achieve a Platinum LEED Certificate.

Sustainability – Alignment with SDGs

At AccuFloor, by implementing innovative processes, we have increased our output 5 times. In the earlier days flooring was done through traditional practices using VDF/trowels etc. The per day output was not more than 3,000 Sq. Feet panels casted. By implementing the Innovative Laser Screed Technology, we are now able to produce 15,000 Sq. Feet per day. We are saving time and resources for Inclusive and sustainable industrialization.

At AccuMix, we have constructed a Sedimentation Tank to segregate the wastewater that comes from the concrete mixing process. This tank separates the Water from the concrete mix, the clean water is then reutilized for mixing purposes again. Thus, saving and recycling water showing our increased levels of commitment and awareness that sustainability should be at the core of business practices.

At AccuRocket, we have implemented a system that can helps our transporters improve fuel efficiency by providing a smart storage system, reduce diesel pilferage, save procurement costs and minimise carbon emissions. Our expertise is designing and building innovation in Energy distribution.

We have already implemented and are continuously working towards enforcing policies and regulations to include measures such as setting targets for reducing waste generation, promoting circular economy practices, and supporting sustainable procurement policies.
