Accenture was looking to expand into Tier – II cities for their operations and Jaipur was the top choice for their expansion. They shared their requirements with the IPCs to find them suitable options. We received the information from the IPC to submit our proposal for the same.
Thus, began the plethora of challenges.
The most important one being that Accenture only worked through specific operators.
Their requirements were for large spaces with Standardized Global Specifications.
They were reluctant to work with new players in the industry.
They were entering Jaipur as the Gateway for the IT Industry in Rajasthan, and they wanted to do so with a Bang. They were fully aware of the challenges that come with finding the right infrastructure partner to accommodate their requirements, particularly in the Teir – II cities which has its own inadequacies.
We were shortlisted as one of the top contenders to fulfil their Commercial Office Space requirement in Jaipur. Our proposal with value-added features exceeded their expectations, offering Grade A Commercial Office Space in the Tier – II city, Jaipur, a landmark project offering more than 85% space efficiency.
Accenture expressed their feeling of las félicité and chose to move ahead with us for the expansion, instead of their specified operators.
